How do I place my order?
The Deen Store makes Islamic Online Shopping easy for you. If you see an item you wish to purchase,just click on the “Add to Cart” button. Once you have finished your shopping click on the “Cart” button in the right hand corner of the website to view your order. From this page you can update your shipping option and continue to Checkout. Our website is completely mobile friendly, so feel free to order with your cellphone as well 🙂 For your convenience, orders can also be placed via whatsapp, facebook or email.
What forms of payment do you accept?

How long does it take before I receive my order?
Orders are generally dispatched within 2 business days after receipt of payment into our account, provided that stock is available.
Local Delivery take up to 72 working hours
National Delivery to Central Areas 3-4 working days
Outlying/Rural Areas 5-7 working days
International Orders takes up to 15 working days
Tracking numbers will be provided for all orders processed via the website.
How do I change/or add more products to my order?

Where are you based and What countries do you ship to?

What should I do if I would like to return a product?

Are all your online products available in your retail store?
Due to space constraints, not all products are stocked at our walk-in store, it would therefore be best to order online for collection, alternatively call the retail store on +27 21 762 6745 to confirm stock. Also due to the popularity of some products, our inventory can fluctuate throughout the day, so an item indicated as “in stock” when you place your order may, in fact, be out of stock. In this event, we make every effort to contact you by email immediately to notify you. We place immediate orders with our suppliers to replenish any item that goes out of stock, and we usually receive them very quickly. Please be assured that we do our best to obtain these for you as quickly as possible.
