We do not make money on shipping. While we cannot work out the exact amount due on shipping at the point of placing the order – the amount- is a fairly good approximation. Should the amount paid not be sufficient to cover the shipping charges, we will contact you by e mail to advise you.
We do not insure goods and all risk will pass onto the client once goods have been sent off. We are not responsible for any delays or damages by the postal services.
Occasionally packages are returned to us undelivered. Should this take place, we will attempt to contact you to make arrangements for re-shipment. There may be an additional shipping charge in this case.
No goods will be dispatched unless full payment has been received in our account.
LOCAL & NATIONAL COURIER SERVICE
Door to Door delivery is currently being offered in selected areas in South Africa.
Local will be areas within the City of Cape Town Region eg Athlone, CBD, Bellville, Simonstown, Durbanville etc
National areas include Durban, Pretoria, Gauteng etc
Deliveries take place Mon – Fri during normal working hours (9am – 5pm) Orders are generally dispatched within 2 business days after receipt of payment into our account and once dispatched it should arrive by you within 24- 72 hours. A tracking number will also be issued to you to track via the Fastway Courier Website.
Kindly ensure that someone trustworthy is at the shipping address to accept the parcel. Fastway Courier’s are a “door to door” delivery service and not a “hand to hand” service. They will therefore leave the parcel with anyone that is at the shipping address eg receptionist, colleague, family member etc
OUTLYING OR RURAL COURIER SERVICE
The courier company may be used to service outlying areas, however delivery companies may only deliver to certain outlying / rural areas once or twice a week. Note: a working day refers to a normal business day and would exclude Saturday; Sunday and public holidays. If you would prefer your order to be posted, please contact us via whatsapp or email. You may collect your order at our store in Lansdowne (541 Lansdowne Road)
Orders placed for collection will only be ready after 48 hours, depending on availability of stock. Payment can be made via eft or cash/card at the store

Kindly send us a whatsapp or email with your order and we will work out the courier costing for you. In most instances we use Aramex for R120.
BULK ORDER DELIVERIES
Bulk orders are sent either with an A3 Satchel/Courier Bag or a box depending on the products or the qty you have ordered. Should the amount paid not be sufficient to cover the delivery fees for your order, we will contact you by e mail to advise you and you will be required to pay the balance before the order is dispatched.
